Our return and exchange policy lasts for 15 days from the time your order was delivered, excluding the products marked “No Return and No Exchange.”
All products marked "No Return & No Exchange" will be tagged "This product is not eligible for returns or exchanges." These products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Shoperstop understands how important it is to receive your products as soon as possible and in the best of conditions. Our company has a large network of couriers that ensures that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
After it has been dispatched from our warehouse, the product will be delivered in 7 working days, depending on your location.
Any order may be cancelled by shoperstop without explanation in the case of conditions that cannot be met. This means that the company will let people know about refunds and cancellations of orders in a timely way.
