A discount, offer (including exchange offers) is provided by the Seller/Brand and not by Shoperstop.
When a Buyer places an order with Seller on the Website, it represents an offer to purchase the product(s) in the order made by the Buyer to the Seller and shall not be construed as Seller's acceptance of Buyer's offer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order placed by the Buyer at its sole discretion and informs the Buyer by email/SMS. Also, the Seller may cancel an order if the quantities exceed the typical individual consumption.
Both the number of products ordered within a single order as well as placing multiple orders for the same product that exceed the typical individual consumption are considered overconsumption.
Shoperstop is not liable for any failure or breach of contract between Buyers and Sellers. Any transaction between Buyers and Sellers cannot be guaranteed by it. It shall not intervene in any dispute or disagreement between the Users, whether through mediation or any other means to resolve the dispute.
Shoperstop does not assume liability or is not responsible for any financial loss or any other injury suffered by the Customer due to the delay or failure of delivery, interruption or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with the use or operation of the Platform. Any contract entered into by the Users shall not be liable to it in any way, and it shall not be responsible for any unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or delays caused by out-of-stock, unavailable or backordered Products.
As we understand the importance of protecting your personal information, our Privacy Policy has been developed, to guarantee the adequate protection of your personal information. We endeavor to dispatch your order within the time as committed on the product page, however due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to [7] business days. You will be intimated via email upon dispatch of the order. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes [2-5] business days for delivery within India and [7-10] business days for deliveries outside India. Shoperstop will not be responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances on the part of the logistics provider/seller.
Once the package reaches your country, you may have to pay import duties. You are responsible for the additional charges for customs clearance; Shoperstop has no control over these charges, and cannot predict them.
